She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, adeptly leading multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid progression to roles with greater responsibility demonstrated her leadership and ability to drive organizational success. A notable achievement was leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at Technology University. This initiative, crucial amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, yielded a streamlined HR framework and meaningful cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote work policies significantly boosted employee engagement and productivity, especially during challenging times.
